📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support for Cloudflare’s solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value and fit-for-purpose solution design for enterprise accounts in Eastern Canada.
• Day to day, you will prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos, lead proof-of-concept trials, build relationships with technical champions in customer accounts, and create professional content such as white papers and blog posts to share expertise internally and externally.
• You will join Cloudflare’s Canadian Solutions Engineering team, a diverse group of professionals from backgrounds including sales consulting, technical support, and program management, working within a mission-driven company that powers a global network protecting and accelerating Internet applications for millions of customers worldwide.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cybersecurity, networking, and cloud architectures while developing thought leadership through speaking at industry events and contributing to Cloudflare’s culture of innovation, iteration, and AI-native problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills
• Fluency in French is required
• Ability to work on several projects and activities concurrently
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Up to 50% travel required for customer meetings, conferences, and team collaboration
