• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Kraken's Payward Services division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of crypto infrastructure solutions by partnering with sales to design and deliver technical wins that close deals with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running technical discovery sessions with prospective customers, mapping their architecture and compliance needs to Kraken’s product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks), designing tailored solutions, scoping and building proof-of-concepts, and ensuring a structured handoff to the implementation team.
• • You will join a mission-driven, fully remote team of over 70 countries and 50 languages, working within Payward Services — Kraken’s B2B infrastructure division that enables partners to offer crypto without building it themselves, with live implementations like Bunq and others in progress.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales cycles, API integration, and crypto-as-a-service architectures while contributing to product roadmap feedback and refining internal pre-sales playbooks through hands-on deal execution and knowledge sharing.
