- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer in Post Sales at Junction Oy, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers after the sale, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the company’s healthcare data infrastructure platform. Your role is critical in freeing up Product and Engineering teams from time-consuming technical support so they can focus on innovation and feature development.
- • Day to day, you will lead post-sales technical calls covering API authentication, access models, architecture, integration patterns, device data flows, lab network coverage, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and BAAs. You will act as the technical voice in customer conversations, independently resolving integration challenges and only escalating to Product or Engineering when absolutely necessary.
- • You will own the customer onboarding process from early integration through production launch, partnering closely with customer engineering teams to achieve first successful API calls and troubleshoot edge cases in real time via Slack and live sessions.
- • Additionally, you will maintain and evolve Junction’s technical collateral—including documentation, guides, presentations, and segment-specific materials—and synthesize recurring customer feedback into structured input for Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
- • You will join a mission-driven, well-funded startup backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, working to make healthcare data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices to enable personalized, proactive, and affordable care.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare data systems, strengthen your technical communication and stakeholder management skills, and directly impact product strategy by translating real-world customer challenges into actionable insights—positioning you as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical B2B product, particularly an API-first platform
- • Ability to independently lead technical pre-sales and post-sales conversations with both startup and enterprise engineering teams
- • Demonstrated success in owning customer onboarding through early integration to production launch, including troubleshooting integration issues live
- • Experience handling security and compliance workflows with customers, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and BAAs
- • Track record of creating high-quality technical documentation, guides, videos, and onboarding materials that enhance customer success
