- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at HubSpot, you will partner with the sales organization to drive the execution of prospective and expansive deals, utilizing your technical knowledge to become a trusted partner with sales and services while reducing turn rate and pushing for value-driven propositions that solve for customers.
- • Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders; gaining deep knowledge of HubSpot products to propose better solutions; understanding customer challenges to deliver technical value aligned with their business goals; participating in and directing presales, sales, and cross-functional projects; and coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
- • You will join HubSpot’s PreSales mission, which is focused on selling better to reduce churn and drive value-driven customer outcomes, working within a global, AI-powered customer platform company known for its award-winning culture grounded in Solve for the Customer, Be Bold, Learn Fast, Align, Adapt & Go!, and Deliver with HEART.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical consulting and presales, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, deepen your product knowledge of HubSpot’s integrated platform, and grow as a trusted advisor who influences both customer success and internal team performance through mentorship and solution-driven selling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Pre-sales, technical consultant/sales role or similar experience (3+ years)
- • Spoken and written fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English
- • Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders and dealing with external customers
- • Openness to admitting mistakes and belief that actionable feedback is a great way to learn and grow
- • Enjoyment of collaborating with different teams and motivation to develop oneself
- • Demonstration of HEART (HubSpot’s cultural values: Humility, Empathy, Adaptability, Remarkability, Transparency)
