  • • As a Senior Solutions Marketer at Lovable Labs Inc., you will serve as the strategic engine behind how the company communicates the transformative potential of its AI-powered platform across diverse audiences — from solo founders building their first MVP to enterprise innovation teams reshaping software delivery. This role is pivotal in defining Lovable’s market narrative, ensuring that the company’s mission to democratize software creation is clearly articulated, differentiated, and effectively translated into go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • • You will own the end-to-end development of Lovable’s solutions positioning and messaging framework, tailoring it to key segments including individual creators, startups, SMBs, and enterprise teams across multiple verticals and use cases. This involves leading narrative development that connects the platform’s technical capabilities to the specific outcomes each audience values — whether it’s speed to market for entrepreneurs, cost efficiency for SMBs, or innovation velocity for enterprises.
  • • You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns spanning content, digital, events, and sales enablement, ensuring cohesive storytelling that drives measurable awareness, lead generation, and sales acceleration. These campaigns will be informed by deep market analysis and continuously optimized using performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • • You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to develop deep fluency in Lovable’s technology roadmap, underlying architecture, and competitive landscape. This technical understanding will enable you to act as a credible voice in both technical and non-technical conversations, translating complex capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
  • • You will collaborate with GTM (Go-to-Market) teams to create segment-specific messaging, PLG (Product-Led Growth) campaigns, and sales enablement materials that improve deal velocity and alignment across motions — from self-serve to enterprise sales.
  • • You will build and maintain a scalable library of use case narratives, customer proof points, and competitive positioning assets that empower marketing, sales, and customer success teams to communicate Lovable’s value consistently and effectively.
  • • You will work with content and community teams to produce thought leadership that positions Lovable at the forefront of conversations around AI-powered development, the future of software creation, and the democratization of building — through blogs, webinars, speaking engagements, and industry reports.
  • • You will identify and prioritize emerging verticals, personas, and use cases by synthesizing market data, customer feedback, and sales signals to uncover white space opportunities and develop targeted go-to-market playbooks for unlocking new growth areas.
  • • You will help define and refine Lovable’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across segments, collaborating with product, GTM, and leadership to validate where the company has strongest fit, where gaps exist, and where to place strategic bets for expansion.
  • • You will report on campaign and messaging performance using analytics to measure impact, iterate on what’s working, and inform strategic priorities — ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
  • • You will continuously experiment with AI tools and workflows to enhance your own productivity and that of the team — applying AI to research, competitive analysis, content creation, and campaign operations — and share best practices to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of marketing experience with significant background in solutions marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaign roles at B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
  • • Strong product marketing mindset: ability to deeply understand the product, technology, and competitive landscape before crafting messaging, including reading documentation, engaging with engineers, and using the product firsthand.
  • • Exceptional writing skills: proven ability to create clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives across formats such as positioning documents, launch blogs, campaign briefs, and thought leadership pieces.
