📋 Description

• • Oversee the end-to-end medical licensing process for physicians and nurses across all 51 states to ensure timely onboarding and continuous compliance.
• • Assist with the full onboarding workflow for new clinicians, ensuring all credentialing requirements are met prior to patient care initiation.
• • Manage the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of state medical licenses for all SteadyMD clinicians, tracking deadlines and documentation requirements with precision.
• • Ensure strict adherence to state and federal licensing regulations, proactively identifying regulatory changes that impact provider eligibility and practice scope.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with state medical boards, regulatory agencies, and credentialing verification services to resolve inquiries and submit documentation.
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity state policies, applying this expertise to streamline licensing pathways for clinicians.
• • Update internal teams including clinical operations, legal, and compliance on evolving licensing laws, regulatory updates, and operational impacts.
• • Monitor licensing status across a multi-state telehealth environment to prevent service disruptions due to expired or pending credentials.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align licensing and credentialing workflows with organizational goals and operational timelines.
• • Utilize licensing software (e.g., Symplyr, Acorn, Modio) and internal systems (JIRA, GSuite, Slack) to track, document, and report credentialing progress and compliance status.
• • Maintain meticulous records of all licensing applications, correspondence, approvals, and denials to ensure audit readiness and regulatory transparency.
• • Identify inefficiencies in the credentialing lifecycle and recommend process improvements to reduce turnaround time and increase accuracy.
• • Coordinate with external credentialing organizations and verification services to expedite background checks, education verification, and board attestations.
• • Respond to internal and external audit requests with accurate, timely documentation and reporting related to provider licensure.
• • Proactively anticipate licensing needs based on business expansion into new states or service line growth, ensuring scalability of credentialing operations.
• • Ensure all licensing activities align with company-wide compliance standards and best practices in healthcare provider credentialing.
