Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Drive high-impact, 19-hour-per-week talent acquisition initiatives for ERM—the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy—during a critical 3-month growth sprint. You will own full-cycle sourcing for high-visibility Health & Safety and Capital Project Delivery roles, directly enabling ERM to deliver on its “boots to boardroom” promise to global clients.
- • Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across North America, translating complex technical requirements into actionable sourcing strategies. You will run weekly calibration calls, present labor-market intelligence, and co-create sourcing roadmaps that balance speed, quality, and diversity.
- • Personally curate evergreen talent pipelines using advanced Boolean strings, AI sourcing tools, and social-media deep dives. Expect to map competitors, uncover passive talent in niche environmental and engineering communities, and maintain a rolling slate of 50+ pre-qualified candidates for each critical requisition.
- • Champion an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. You will send same-day feedback summaries, host virtual coffee chats, and craft employer-brand content that showcases ERM’s mission to operationalize sustainability at pace and scale.
- • Deliver crisp, data-driven updates every Friday: funnel metrics, conversion rates, diversity mix, and time-to-accept. Your dashboard will guide real-time pivots and keep leadership confident in pipeline health.
- • Elevate ERM’s employer brand by amplifying stories of impact—think carbon-negative facilities, biodiversity net-gain projects, and award-winning EHS transformations—across LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and university alumni networks.
- • Leverage Workday ATS to its fullest: build requisitions, configure knockout questions, schedule interview loops, and generate offer letters—all while ensuring OFCCP and EEO compliance.
- • Collaborate with the broader TA team to pilot next-gen tools (AI matching, programmatic ads, diversity analytics) and codify best practices into SOPs that outlive your assignment.
- • Contribute to ad-hoc projects such as intern conversion campaigns, veteran-hiring initiatives, and green-skills workforce mapping—each designed to future-proof ERM’s talent engine.
- • Work 100 % remotely from any U.S. location, logging 19 flexible hours per week that you can distribute across mornings, evenings, or weekends to balance life priorities while still making a measurable difference.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including high-volume and niche technical roles
- • Demonstrated mastery of advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean logic, AI tools, social-media mining, and competitive mapping
- • Track record of recruiting within environmental, engineering, or consulting sectors; familiarity with EHS or capital-project terminology strongly preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive hourly rate: $33.46–$40.97 USD, commensurate with experience and location
- • Fully remote, ultra-flexible 19-hour schedule—perfect for work-life balance or concurrent consulting gigs
- • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and AD&D insurance—even for temporary staff
- • Access to ERM’s global learning ecosystem: sustainability masterclasses, technical deep dives, and career coaching that can accelerate your long-term trajectory
