📋 Description

• As a Senior SRE Engineer at Plaud AI INC., you will ensure the reliability and performance of Plaud’s AI-powered productivity platform at scale, directly supporting a trusted AI work companion used by over 1.5 million professionals worldwide.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and operating highly available, scalable cloud-native systems for AI workloads, owning production reliability and incident response, building observability (metrics, logs, tracing), defining and managing SLOs/SLIs/error budgets, driving postmortems, leading incident response, and partnering with product and engineering teams to improve operational maturity.
• Plaud is a bootstrapped, profitable, San Francisco-based company with a $250M revenue run rate in just three years, committed to the highest standards of data security and privacy (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, EN 18031), and building the next-generation intelligence infrastructure to capture, extract, and utilize human intelligence from speech, hearing, sight, and thought.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, Infra, or Platform Engineering roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and distributed systems
• Experience in on-call rotation and incident management
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java)
