📋 Description

• • As a Senior/Staff/Principal Digital Acquisition Consultant at Skylight, you’ll partner with state Medicaid agencies and CMS to transform how government buys technology that powers public benefits, translating complex statutory requirements into clear operational needs to ensure eligible people maintain coverage.
• • You’ll analyze state eligibility systems, guide build vs. buy decisions, coach states toward outcome-oriented contracting, create vendor evaluation criteria, adapt procurement playbooks, conduct red-team reviews of solicitations, and apply agile methods at the policy-tech interface under tight deadlines.
