- • As a Senior/Staff Product Manager at Common Room, you will own the enterprise surface of the AI GTM Platform, shaping the capabilities that determine whether large, complex revenue organizations can adopt and scale the product—this role is critical to winning and retaining the company’s most strategic customers.
- • You will define enterprise product strategy and roadmap, ship production-grade AI agent workflows (enrichment, prioritization, outreach, signal-to-action), own direct enterprise customer relationships, and partner with engineering and design to simplify complex capabilities like admin controls and agent behavior for non-technical users.
- • You’ll work within a mission-driven team backed by top-tier investors and operators from companies like Figma, Stripe, and Notion, where values of customer-centricity, simplicity, decisiveness, and collaboration guide product decisions and team dynamics.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS, AI agent systems, and GTM strategy while influencing product craft across the organization through end-to-end ownership—from discovery and spec to pricing, packaging, enablement, and revenue impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in product management with at least one experience shipping enterprise B2B SaaS to buyers requiring security, compliance, and admin controls
- • Proven track record of going 0-to-1 on a meaningful product surface, not just iterating on existing features
- • Real fluency with AI products, including shipping LLM-powered features in production and informed perspectives on evals, agent design, and practical AI application
