• • As a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Ping Identity, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of one of the world's largest and most sophisticated identity platforms. • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical engineering tasks. You will collaborate closely with fellow engineers, both independently and as part of a team, to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for our software and services running on our cloud-hosted production infrastructure. A significant part of your role will involve reviewing and providing constructive feedback on the work of other engineers, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in defining and optimizing how our enterprise software solutions are developed and deployed, leveraging automated CI/CD pipelines to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products with exceptional reliability. This includes designing, building, and actively supporting the underlying infrastructure and security technologies within our cloud environment, with a strong focus on ensuring resilience, comprehensive observability, and cost-effectiveness. Proactive and clear communication will be essential, as you will need to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences across the company, while also actively sharing your expertise and knowledge to mentor and develop other team members. You will actively participate in the planning phases of projects, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation within our systems and processes. Furthermore, you will be involved in the crucial process of technology evaluation and selection, ensuring that Ping Identity remains at the cutting edge of SRE practices and tools. A key aspect of maintaining our high availability standards includes participating in an on-call rotation to provide essential support and maintenance for our cloud solutions, ensuring uninterrupted service for our global customer base.
