- • Architect 3D object detection models, including multi-modal approaches (camera, LiDAR, Radar) to advance autonomous ground handling systems for global airlines and service providers.
- • Build and maintain data collection and evaluation pipelines, develop proprietary multi-modal datasets, and train, deploy, and monitor 2D/3D object detection models in production environments.
- • Experiment with state-of-the-art model performance and mentor junior engineers on best practices in perception engineering and autonomous systems.
- • Join a Series A aviation autonomy company backed by top-tier VCs, working with major airlines and ground handlers to transform airport operations through AI-driven perception technology.
- • Contribute to cutting-edge research and development in multi-modal sensor fusion, enabling safer, more efficient ground operations at scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Deep Learning, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of focused experience in architecting and deploying 2D/3D object detection models.
- • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the full perception stack: sensing, preprocessing, detection, and tracking.
- • Ability to lead projects autonomously with strong ownership and initiative.
