- • Senior / Staff Technical Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of data center capacity from forecast to go-live, ensuring alignment with aggressive AI system deployment targets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity (colo, build-to-suit, retrofits, owned facilities), decomposing complex build programs into workstreams, orchestrating cross-functional execution across real estate, power, design, procurement, construction, deployment, networking, and operations readiness, managing risks and budgets, and serving as the Single Source of Truth for program health to executive leadership.
- • Cerebras Systems builds the world’s largest AI chip using wafer-scale architecture, delivering industry-leading training and inference speeds, with customers including top model labs, global enterprises, and AI-native startups like OpenAI, which recently partnered for a multi-year deployment of 750 megawatts of scale.
- • The role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence through standardization, tooling, and post-mortems, optimize for time-to-capacity and cost-per-MW, and support rapid global expansion while working at the intersection of hardware, real estate, and software scaling demands in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12-15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations
- • Experience managing multi-site, vendor-heavy environments
- • Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
- • Proven track record in improving uptime and performance
- • Experience at hyperscalers (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS) or neo-cloud/AI infra companies (CoreWeave, Lambda, etc.)
- • Familiarity with high-density AI workloads (liquid cooling, >30kW racks, GPU clusters)
