- • As a Senior Strategic Account Director at Precision AQ, you will drive revenue generation by leading and managing internal teams to deliver strategic, on-target work for clients within budget and timelines, while serving as a day-to-day strategic advisor and advocate for the company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and overseeing client activities, managing client communications on strategy and planning, acting as an extension of the client’s team, managing budgets and team efficiency, mentoring and coaching junior staff, and supporting cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- • Precision AQ is a remote-first, U.S.-based medical communications agency within Precision Medicine Group, focused on delivering strategic marketing and medical communications solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with a strong emphasis on profitability, client relationships, and business growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and medical communications, refine your strategic and leadership skills, expand your professional network, and contribute to company-wide initiatives while mentoring others and driving measurable revenue and profitability growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred
- • Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency experience
- • Proven experience successfully managing and growing $2.5M+ pharma/healthcare accounts
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet; PowerPoint design proficiency
- • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted strategic/business advisor, lead and manage teams, grow client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills; ability to interpret market dynamics, scientific data, and business metrics
