- • As a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Twilio, you will drive new customer acquisition and expand the messaging business with large mid-market and enterprise companies across industries, directly contributing to Twilio’s mission of shaping the future of communications.
- • Day to day, you will own highly analytical and consultative sales cycles, drive new customer acquisition with a quota for iACV, work with customers to understand business and technical requirements, design solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform, collaborate with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations on contracts, manage multiple deals, partner cross-functionally on territory strategies, act as the voice of the customer to product and carrier teams, stay current on CPaaS industry trends, and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements
- • Possess a total of 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions for customers.
- • Directly selling technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions.
- • Experience with outbound prospecting into install base, greenfield prospecting into new accounts, and executing strong QBR strategy for territory penetration.
- • Technical solutions selling experience working with real customers, listening to them, and solving problems.
- • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
- • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value.
