- • The Senior Strategic Consultant is a deep technical and functional expert responsible for executing, refining, and managing key segments of the end-to-end solution during implementation and consulting engagements, specializing in operational processes within the staffing industry to ensure technical configuration and design meet and optimize customer business requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the Solution Owner on design and execution of major functional areas, leading business process mapping sessions to identify pain points and configure target state processes, delivering operational optimization projects to refine workflows and improve productivity, providing technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests, working closely with Solution Owners and Solution Architects on technical triggers, consulting with Data Engineers to align solutions with data transformation requirements, contributing to and executing customer change management and adoption plans, and acting as a trusted advisor to key users on Bullhorn best practices and operational trade-offs.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in staffing industry workflows, business process optimization, and change management while gaining hands-on experience configuring complex SaaS solutions, leading implementation efforts, and driving user adoption and value realization—positioning you for advancement into leadership or specialized consulting roles within Bullhorn’s growing professional services organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7+ years of total experience with significant direct exposure to the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation
- • Strong track record of executing, configuring, and optimizing complex business processes, including demonstrable success managing configuration for ATS/CRM implementation projects
- • Experience consulting with small to mid-sized staffing agencies
- • Experience leading the implementation and configuration of complex business solutions within a defined architectural design
- • Demonstrated knowledge of the technical stack to confidently configure and deliver the solution independently
- • Comprehensive understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and key business drivers within the staffing vertical (preferred)
- • Strong understanding of Business Process Optimization principles
- • Understanding of Change Management and User Adoption principles
- • Certifications that strengthen credibility: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP – ASA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification
