- • As a Senior Strategic Development Manager at Tradebyte Software GmbH (part of Zalando Group), you will serve as the right hand to the Head of Strategy, bridging high-level board vision with operational execution in a scaling organization. This high-visibility role focuses on long-term strategic impact, driving initiatives that shape Tradebyte’s growth and alignment with Zalando Group strategy.
- • Day to day, you will craft high-impact proposals and presentations for the Board and shareholders, act as a key liaison to the Zalando Group on strategy refresh (approx. 20% of role), conduct deep-dive market research (e.g., agentic commerce) to identify trends and opportunities, own commercial development initiatives including new market entries and business cases with KPIs, and support the orchestration of large-scale programs by translating objectives into actionable plans while identifying and mitigating obstacles.
- • You will join Tradebyte’s Flagship Accounts Unit, a high-performance, cross-functional team that partners with Europe’s most recognizable fashion and sports brands to scale their Digital Partner Programs. - • In this role, you will develop advanced strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a high-growth SaaS/technology environment or top-tier management consultancy, with strong preference for Strategy Management or Chief of Staff backgrounds
- • Proven experience working closely with and building trust-based partnerships across departments, Management Board, and C-suite/senior leadership teams
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, high-impact narratives
- • Professional fluency in English; German fluency is a strong advantage
- • Hands-on attitude with high degree of ownership and ability to execute adaptively amid shifting circumstances
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, including building trust-based relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams
