📋 Description

• • As a Senior Strategic Finance Associate at Upvest GmbH, you will play a central role in defining the company’s long-term financial direction by leading core planning cycles, owning the comprehensive financial model, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to assess major initiatives and ensure disciplined capital deployment.
• • Day to day, you will build and evolve sophisticated 3-statement financial models, own rolling forecasts and annual planning workstreams, evaluate major business initiatives for margin optimisation, collaborate with Data and Risk teams to build data-driven financial frameworks and support regulatory capital planning, analyse performance metrics and competitive positioning, cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships, leverage tools like Abacum, BigQuery, Looker and AI to automate workflows, and prepare high-quality materials for Executive Management and the Board.
