• • As a Senior Strategic Operations Manager at Mudflap Inc., you will ensure operations run efficiently with world-class customer experiences while developing strategies for future products in the $800B trucking industry.
• • You will leverage data and analyses to develop product-line growth strategies, identify and own operational OKRs and KPIs, track and improve operational metrics, lead cross-functional teams to scale operations and optimize workflows, develop and lead go-to-market programs for new product lines, partner with internal teams to optimize company functions, and present recommendations to management and key decision-makers.
