- • As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Oracle at Deel, you will own and scale the global strategic relationship between Deel and Oracle, serving as the primary alliance owner across Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, and NetSuite business units. This role is critical to Deel’s growth, as it leverages Oracle’s deep enterprise footprint to drive joint go-to-market success, co-sell opportunities, and mutual customer success in the global HR and payroll technology space.
- • You will build and deepen executive relationships with Oracle’s global alliances, sales, ISV, and product leadership teams; develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies; identify and qualify co-sell opportunities; enable Oracle’s sellers and partners on Deel’s platform; negotiate co-selling agreements and joint initiatives; track and report on partnership KPIs; collaborate cross-functionally with Deel’s sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance teams; represent Deel at Oracle events and executive briefings; and monitor Oracle’s product roadmap to identify new integration and co-sell opportunities.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global enterprise partnerships, drive measurable revenue impact through co-sell motions, build executive-level influence at one of the world’s largest technology companies, and gain deep insight into the intersection of HR tech, payroll, and enterprise ERP systems—positioning you as a leader in the future of global work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software
- • Deep familiarity with the Oracle ecosystem, mainly Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite
- • Proven track record of building and scaling global technology partnerships that deliver measurable, recurring revenue impact
- • Experience co-selling with and through large enterprise software vendors at a global scale
- • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships at VP and C-suite level
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
