  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of external partnerships, from initial onboarding to ongoing performance management. You will be instrumental in ensuring that new partners meet G.E.H.A's stringent quality, cost, and compliance requirements, setting the stage for successful collaborations.

This includes developing and executing comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) processes end-to-end, meticulously evaluating potential partners, negotiating favorable contract terms and conditions, and fostering strong, productive supplier relationships.
  • • You will be tasked with monitoring the daily workflow of our external partners, providing essential guidance on processes, and managing special handling for major expenses. This oversight ensures that our operational efficiency remains high and that financial resources are utilized effectively.
  • • A key duty is the active management of the daily performance of both current and future external partnerships. You will establish clear work priorities, closely monitor the output of these partners, and review their performance against established benchmarks.

  • • You will also be responsible for managing grievances and partner relation issues, escalating complex problems to the Director when necessary, thereby maintaining harmonious and productive working relationships.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve providing proper training to current and future external partners on new G.E.H.A processes and reinforcing existing procedures. This ensures consistency and understanding across all partnerships.
  • • You will also monitor the recruitment efforts of our partners to guarantee they maintain adequate staffing levels to support G.E.H.A's business requirements, ensuring continuity and capacity.
  • • Collaborating closely with your manager, you will design and implement metrics and processes for the consistent review and management of partner relationships, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Working with executives, you will determine and analyze new vendor relationships, managing the entire RFP process to identify the best partners for G.E.H.A's strategic needs.
  • • You will be responsible for building a standardized RFP process that can be applied across all contracts, defining renewal cadences, authorization levels, and other critical contract management elements.
  • • This role also involves undertaking other miscellaneous projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader organizational goals.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, coupled with proven leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively training and leading partners.
  • • This position requires a proactive approach to identifying business needs and developing effective solutions, leveraging business analysis skills to drive strategic procurement initiatives.
