- ⢠Senior Strategic Product Consultant supporting the specialization of Financial Management and Resource Management product lines for Specialty Contractors, advising clients to drive long-term value realization through Procoreās software platforms.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include working with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to assess business processes and strategic goals, interpreting client objectives, synthesizing business operations, developing operational strategies, and providing education and training to maximize platform use.
- ⢠Part of a collaborative team reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Product Consultants, partnering across Procore to develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and rollout strategies while fostering team culture through mentoring and onboarding.
- ⢠Opportunity to develop deep expertise in Procoreās product suite, construction industry workflows, and Customer Success best practices, with potential to influence product evolution and client success at scale.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager
- ⢠Experience managing project financials including budget, forecasting, profit projections, general conditions, contracts, change orders, and invoices
- ⢠Experience managing resources such as time tracking, productivity, equipment, labor planning, and scheduling
- ⢠Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training programs preferred
- ⢠Bachelorās degree preferred
- ⢠Technology enthusiast with a consultative mindset and passion for modernizing construction through innovation

- ⢠Base pay range: $118,972.80 - $163,587.60 USD annually
- ⢠On-target earnings range: $139,968.00 - $192,456.00 USD annually
- ⢠Eligibility for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation
- ⢠Remote work flexibility with requirement to be based in CDT or EDT time zones
- ⢠Opportunity for up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices (domestic and international)
