• • As Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at MEWS Systems B.V., you will act as a strategic partner to the SVP of Customer Experience & Delivery, functioning similarly to a Chief of Staff role grounded in strategy, operations, and execution to help scale the organization.
• • You will partner directly with leadership on strategic priorities, drive cross-functional initiatives across Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Commercial teams, anticipate risks, bring structure to ambiguous problems, and improve decision-making by combining data, customer insight, and operational context.
