📋 Description
- • As a Senior Support Engineer at n8n, you will ensure enterprise and community users receive best-in-class technical support by troubleshooting complex workflow and integration issues, collaborating with engineering, and improving support systems through documentation and tooling.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical support via tickets, chat, and forums; diagnose and reproduce complex issues in n8n workflows and integrations; collaborate with Engineering and Product to escalate and resolve product issues; create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles; identify recurring problems and propose product improvements; contribute to the community by sharing best practices; and help build internal playbooks and improve support tooling.
- • n8n is a remote-first, open-source workflow automation platform headquartered in Berlin with over 220 employees across Europe and the US, backed by $240M in funding and a $2.5B valuation, serving a community of 650K+ developers and known for its 145k+ GitHub stars and innovative AI orchestration capabilities.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in low-code and AI automation, influence product reliability through feedback loops with engineering, grow into a technical leader in support operations, and gain experience scaling support functions in a high-growth, mission-driven SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in technical support, customer-facing engineering, or similar roles
- • Strong experience troubleshooting complex production environments
- • Deep understanding of workflow automation, APIs, and integrations
- • Strong knowledge of Node.js environments and containerized deployments
- • Experience collaborating closely with engineering on complex technical issues
- • Ability to identify systemic issues and drive improvements in product reliability and support processes
