• • The Senior Systems Analyst I at Kaplan, Inc. plays a critical role in supporting, troubleshooting, planning, developing, implementing, and improving the company’s business systems applications, ensuring optimal performance and successful project delivery.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex system issues, writing and optimizing SQL scripts and stored procedures, performing performance tuning, identifying and documenting defects, testing solutions, executing business and functional requirement documents, participating in software release testing, supporting user acceptance testing, translating business needs into technical solutions, and managing code deployments through standardized change management processes.
