📋 Description
- • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment strategy for all non-technical roles across Whitetech’s global, fully-remote workforce. You will be the single point of accountability for attracting, assessing, and closing top-tier talent in functions such as Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
- • Design and continuously refine a data-driven hiring roadmap that aligns with our aggressive growth targets in the EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open-banking markets. You will translate quarterly OKRs into monthly hiring forecasts, funnel metrics, and diversity goals that the leadership team can trust.
- • Build and manage a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the WhiteTech brand: fast, transparent, and human. From first outreach to signed offer, you will script every touchpoint, automate where it adds value, and personally shepherd high-priority candidates to ensure a 90%+ offer-accept rate.
- • Partner with the Head of People and functional VPs to craft role architectures, compensation bands, and competency matrices that scale. You will act as the strategic talent advisor, challenging assumptions on org design and ensuring every new hire raises the bar.
- • Establish and own a multi-channel sourcing engine: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent communities, niche job boards, employee referrals, and targeted events. You will experiment with creative campaigns (e.g., micro-communities, ambassador programs) to build evergreen pipelines for critical skill sets.
- • Implement and optimize an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) to deliver real-time dashboards on time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and DEI metrics. You will train hiring managers on scorecards, structured interviewing, and debrief discipline to reduce bias and improve decision velocity.
- • Lead employer-brand initiatives that position WhiteTech as the fintech employer of choice. You will collaborate with Marketing to produce content (blogs, webinars, social takeovers) that showcases our culture, product impact, and remote-first lifestyle to passive candidates worldwide.
- • Manage external recruitment partners and negotiate SLAs, fees, and replacement guarantees. You will run quarterly business reviews to ensure agencies deliver diverse, high-quality shortlists and maintain cost-per-hire within budget.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of the hiring process. You will set measurable DEI targets, partner with ERGs, and pilot inclusive job-description tools and blind-review workflows to double under-represented hires year-over-year.
- • Serve as a culture carrier and onboarding mentor for new People-team members. You will create playbooks, run training sessions, and foster a knowledge-sharing environment that elevates the entire talent function.
- • Report directly to the VP People and sit on the monthly leadership roundtable. You will present hiring updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations that influence company-wide resource allocation and product roadmap decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments
- • Proven track record of filling senior non-technical roles (Director+, niche compliance, risk, go-to-market) across multiple geographies in a 100% remote setting
- • Expert-level command of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ) and an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable
- • Data fluency: ability to build dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel/BI tools and translate metrics into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- • Nice-to-have: formal training in structured interviewing, DEI recruiting practices, or talent-brand marketing
