• • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Camunda Services GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent. This fully remote role places you at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• • You will be responsible for driving innovative processes within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, collaborating with your colleagues on key initiatives, and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to our comprehensive, full-service TA model. Your contributions will directly impact our engineering and product hiring pipelines, ensuring we meet critical business objectives and scale our global teams effectively.
• • A core aspect of your role will be to produce tangible results that align with Camunda's ambitious headcount plan and overarching business objectives. This involves not only filling roles but also contributing to the strategic scaling of our teams across the globe.
• • You will serve as a key strategic partner, primarily responsible for fulfilling the hiring needs of our Corporate, Go-to-Market (GTM), and General & Administrative (G&A) departments.
