- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Afresh Technologies, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying and securing technical talent critical to advancing the company’s mission of eliminating food waste through AI-powered fresh food solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify hiring needs, refining job descriptions, developing talent acquisition strategies, and managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM roles—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- • You will leverage AI recruitment tooling, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and niche talent communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, Discord) to source passive candidates, while ensuring data integrity in Greenhouse ATS and delivering transparent reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire to executives.

- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in technical recruiting, stakeholder management, AI-enhanced sourcing, and data-driven talent strategy, while gaining exposure to cross-functional hiring across engineering, data science, product, sales, and marketing—positioning you as a trusted advisor in scaling high-performing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment requiring self-sufficiency.
- • Technically fluent: able to distinguish between programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python vs. JavaScript, React as a library), understand the software development lifecycle, and conduct credible technical conversations with engineers.
- • Proven expertise in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, AI recruitment tools, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, and Discord, with a track record of high offer-acceptance rates and reduced time-to-fill.
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
