- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sphera Holdings, Inc., you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and play a key role in shaping hiring strategy, driving end-to-end recruitment processes, and continuously improving best practices to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.
- • You will own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments—including Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success—while building and maintaining talent pipelines across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC to attract both active and passive talent.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance on hiring best practices, while leading offer negotiations, drafting compliant employment contracts, and partnering cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- • You will drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and metrics by tracking KPIs, maintaining accurate data in Workday ATS, and managing multiple concurrent searches to meet hiring targets and timelines in a fast-paced, international environment.
- • You will contribute to Sphera’s mission of creating a safer, more sustainable, and productive world by recruiting talent aligned with the company’s core values of Customer Centricity, Accountability, Bias to Action, Innovation, and Collaboration, and by supporting its ESG-focused mission as a Blackstone portfolio company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in corporate and/or executive search recruitment, ideally within global organizations.
- • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including technical, operational, commercial, and corporate roles at both individual contributor and management levels.
- • Strong experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including advanced sourcing methodologies and building sales talent pipelines across the full GTM spectrum.
- • Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills, particularly for commercial roles with commission-based compensation models.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- • Fluency in Polish and English (required).
