📋 Description

• Own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and product roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding for a high-growth client in Mexico.
• Act as the local subject matter expert on the Mexican tech talent market, providing strategic insights on talent availability, competitor hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and regional hiring trends.
• Partner directly with senior engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, translate technical requirements into effective job profiles, and advise on talent acquisition strategy tailored to the Mexican context.
• Map and build pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill tech roles, including software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers across Mexico.
• Deliver a candidate-centric experience that reflects the client’s employer brand, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and a positive interaction at every stage of the hiring process.
• Leverage data and AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, track pipeline metrics, and optimize recruitment outcomes while maintaining a human-first approach to candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, universities, tech communities, and professional networks across Mexico to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality talent.
• Collaborate with Tribe’s global team to align hiring strategies with client goals, ensuring consistency in employer branding and recruitment standards across international markets.
• Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes based on market feedback, candidate insights, and hiring outcomes to increase speed-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market intelligence on talent supply and demand, compensation trends, and emerging skill sets in the Mexican tech ecosystem.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS systems, ensuring compliance with local labor practices and data privacy regulations in Mexico.
• Represent the client at local tech events, meetups, and hiring fairs to strengthen brand visibility and attract top-tier talent in Mexico’s key tech hubs.
• Adapt recruitment strategies dynamically in response to shifting client priorities, market conditions, and hiring volume fluctuations in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring by identifying underrepresented talent pools and advocating for equitable recruitment practices aligned with client values.
• Work cross-functionally with Tribe’s operations, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of tools, messaging, and reporting across client engagements.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client information.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical and product roles in Mexico
• Deep, practical knowledge of the Mexican tech talent market and local hiring nuances
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both)
• Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-source tech roles in a high-growth environment
• Experience working with global clients or in a remote, international team setting
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
