  • • You will be the architect of our recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and a keen understanding of market dynamics to design approaches that align with both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • • A core responsibility is to act as the guardian of the candidate experience, meticulously ensuring that every interaction, from initial outreach to the final offer (or rejection), is positive, transparent, and reflective of DailyPay's commitment to excellence and respect.
  • • You will cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with high-potential candidates, strategically expanding our talent community to ensure a consistent flow of exceptional professionals ready to engage with immediate and future opportunities.

  • • You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for critical senior leadership and challenging "hard-to-fill" roles, ensuring that candidates not only possess the requisite skills but also embody DailyPay's culture and align with our overarching business objectives.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves comprehensive talent market mapping, maintaining a keen awareness of market attrition rates, identifying key competitor companies, and understanding the competitive landscape for talent.
  • • You will lead top-of-funnel efforts, employing advanced and innovative sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract world-class passive talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • • As a dedicated champion of the DailyPay employer brand, you will be adept at articulating our unique value proposition, effectively sharing our story, and selling the long-term vision to potential hires, thereby gaining their buy-in.
  • • You will leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, not merely as a tracking tool, but as a strategic platform for data analysis, identifying bottlenecks within the recruitment funnel and providing actionable insights to leadership for process improvement.
  • • A continuous improvement mindset is essential; you will constantly refine and optimize the recruitment machine to enhance its speed, fairness (with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and overall efficiency.
  • • You will serve as a mentor and enabler for the wider Talent Acquisition team, setting a high standard for performance, providing guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • • Proactively identifying and integrating AI-driven solutions will be a key focus, aiming to streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, from automating administrative tasks and enhancing candidate screening to utilizing predictive analytics for more effective hiring outcomes. Staying at the forefront of AI in recruitment is crucial for peak team efficiency.
  • • Beyond active recruitment, you will spearhead strategic projects that enhance our talent acquisition function, such as developing and implementing diversity initiatives, strengthening our employer branding efforts, or refining and standardizing interview processes across the business.
  • • This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days per week expected in our NYC Headquarters, fostering collaboration and team cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience, encompassing both agency and in-house roles, with a specialized focus on sourcing and hiring for commercial positions.
  • • An established and actively growing network of both emerging and renowned commercial professionals and leaders, crucial for proactive talent sourcing.
  • • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and recruiting for various commercial job profiles, including but not limited to Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Partnership Managers, Channel Managers, Sales Engineers, Revenue Operations Specialists, and Sales Enablement/Training professionals.
  • • Proven ability to design and scale high-volume generalist hiring programs while simultaneously managing a full-cycle personal recruitment desk, successfully handling searches from junior individual contributors to executive-level placements.
  • • Significant experience in leading, mentoring, or managing Talent Acquisition teams, with a clear focus on elevating overall team performance and cultivating a high-performance recruitment culture.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven capacity to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leadership.
  • • Deep technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (specifically Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools and stacks to build and maintain efficient, scalable recruitment workflows.
  • • Expertise in translating complex recruiting metrics and market insights into clear, actionable strategies that demonstrably improve candidate quality and key hiring metrics.
  • • A forward-thinking and innovative approach to recruitment, including hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to automate manual tasks, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance decision-making.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, effective cross-functional relationships across different departments and potentially across various time zones.
  • • A deep-seated, unwavering commitment to upholding a transparent, respectful, and consistently gold-standard candidate journey at every single touchpoint.
