- • Senior Talent Partner (Engineering) role focused on scaling technical hiring for tem, a company rebuilding the energy transaction with AI-native infrastructure to make electricity markets transparent, fair, and efficient.
- • Own full-cycle hiring for engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers to scope, source, assess, and close top technical talent while driving pace and clarity across the hiring process.
- • Build and maintain high-quality engineering pipelines, proactively sourcing candidates across key technical skill sets including backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure.
- • Collaborate with Talent Leads on targeted projects to improve engineering hiring, such as sourcing strategy, interview frameworks, and process optimisation, while ensuring consistent, structured processes using tools like Ashby and Notion.
- • Deliver an excellent candidate experience for high-demand technical talent and act as a trusted partner to engineering leaders by bringing market insight and data into hiring decisions.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment following a $75M Series B funding round, contributing to global expansion and category leadership in AI-driven energy markets.
- • Help scale hiring capacity across technical teams to support tem’s mission of rearchitecting market infrastructure for transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in electricity access.

- • Proven experience running end-to-end engineering recruitment in a fast-paced startup.
- • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets (e.g. backend, frontend, data, infrastructure).
- • Track record of hiring high-quality engineers at pace.
- • Ability to balance speed with rigour, maintaining high standards while delivering against timelines.
- • Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows (e.g. sourcing, outreach, screening, or process automation).
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
