- • Senior Tax Analyst role focused on building and scaling Remote’s expanded US Tax Operations services from the ground up, supporting employer onboarding and ongoing compliance with federal and state tax agencies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payroll-related state tax registrations and account maintenance, performing daily tax operations such as tax filing and issue resolution with government agencies, reviewing and resolving tax-related escalations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, establishing quality assurance standards, serving as primary point of contact for tax agencies, communicating updates to internal stakeholders, generating compliance reports, and utilizing internal tools to analyze customer tax data for sales teams.

- • Proven experience in supervising operations, ideally in a payroll or similar environment
