- • Senior, Tech Risk and AI Automation role at Reddit Inc. focused on building an AI-first internal audit and risk function, pioneering the use of agentic AI to transform SOX testing and assurance processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and scaling AI-driven SOX compliance programs, testing internal controls using agentic AI systems, partnering with Engineering, IT, and business teams to integrate automation, and serving as a subject matter expert on AI in risk management.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, internal audit, and/or compliance function with a passion for technology and automation
- • Experience supporting SOX and/or security compliance testing in the technology industry, preferably at platform companies
- • Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, and/or CISSP preferred
- • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and prompting (e.g., Google AI suite, ChatGPT, specialized AI audit tools)
- • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python preferred but not required
- • Ability to assess complex processes to identify risks and opportunities for automation
