  • • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Airwallex, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring their success in adopting and optimizing Airwallex’s global payments and financial platform.
  • • Day to day, you will act as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients, deliver elevated technical support, build trusted relationships by becoming a subject matter expert on their business, collaborate with commercial teams on optimization and upsell opportunities, analyze and improve client support experiences, serve as an escalation point for break-fix and technical queries, and support Quarterly Business Review sessions with product roadmap and performance insights.
  • • You will join the Merchant Services team, which partners with clients to drive growth through Airwallex product adoption, working closely with sales, strategy, product, and engineering teams to provide seamless experiences for valued customers across pre-sales, integration, and post-go-live stages.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in payment systems and API architecture, develop strategic advisory skills, influence customer success at scale, and grow your career by solving complex, high-visibility problems alongside innovative teammates in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic achievements
  • • At least 5 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or technical account manager roles
  • • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture
  • • Proficiency in professional oral and written communication, including presenting to decision-makers
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
  • • Proactive and consultative approach to customer and sales team requests
