  • • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at NICE Ltd., you will act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key customer accounts in the APAC region, ensuring they receive maximum value from NICE’s products and services while driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • • Day to day, you will build and maintain deep customer relationships, proactively manage accounts through regular performance reviews, provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues, develop customer success plans, lead service delivery meetings, and collaborate with internal teams including technical support, professional services, product management, and engineering to resolve issues within SLA targets.
  • • NICE is a global leader in AI-powered cloud and digital solutions, serving over 25,000 businesses including 85 Fortune 100 companies, with more than 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, known for innovation in customer experience, financial crime prevention, and public safety.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in modern cloud contact centers and CX applications, strengthen your strategic advisory and technical communication skills, mentor junior team members, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration that drives product improvements and customer success outcomes.
