  • • As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) within UiPath's Healthcare Client Success team, you will be instrumental in empowering our most significant clients to establish and scale robust enterprise-level business automation programs. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of both technical intricacies and strategic business objectives, ensuring that customers not only adopt the UiPath Platform but also achieve profound, measurable business value and organizational transformation. You will serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational tiers, from C-suite executives to the hands-on operational teams. Your mission is to drive the successful adoption of automation, with an unwavering focus on delivering tangible outcomes, optimizing existing work processes, and unlocking new efficiencies.
  • • You will assume comprehensive ownership of each customer's technical journey with the UiPath Platform. This includes being the accountable party for all technical workstreams that directly contribute to exceptional business value realization. Your proactive engagement will be key to embedding yourself within customer organizations, providing expert technical advisory services that help mature their automation strategies, refine their existing deployments, and expand their vision of what's possible with automation.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve guiding customers through the planning, installation, upgrades, and ongoing troubleshooting of their UiPath Platform infrastructure. This requires a thorough understanding of enterprise software deployment and maintenance, ensuring stability, scalability, and optimal performance. You will be responsible for enabling customer technical stakeholders, equipping them with best practices tailored to their specific automation needs, technical constraints, and business goals. This enablement might take the form of workshops, documentation, or direct coaching.
  • • To ensure the highest quality and adherence to best practices, you will conduct design and code reviews for critical customer automations. This hands-on involvement allows you to reinforce best practices, identify potential issues early, and ensure the robustness and maintainability of customer-built solutions. Furthermore, you will perform regular technical health checks of customer automation programs. These assessments are designed to proactively identify potential risks, uncover opportunities for optimization, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within their automation initiatives.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with UiPath Product Support teams and internal subject matter experts to ensure that any escalated support incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and internal resources will be critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and technical success. You will also be expected to contribute to the broader UiPath knowledge base, sharing insights and learnings from your customer engagements.
  • • Beyond technical guidance, you will act as a strategic consultant, helping customers align their automation roadmap with their overarching business strategy. This involves understanding their industry challenges, competitive landscape, and long-term objectives to identify high-impact automation opportunities. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders, demonstrating the ROI and strategic advantage of their investment in UiPath.
  • • The Senior TAM role is dynamic and requires adaptability. You will be at the forefront of UiPath's technological advancements, staying abreast of new features, products, and industry trends. You will leverage this knowledge to advise customers on how to best leverage the latest capabilities of the UiPath Platform to achieve their evolving business goals. Your success will be measured by the depth of customer adoption, the tangible business outcomes achieved, and the overall health and growth of their automation programs.
  • • This role is specifically focused on the Healthcare (HLS) sector, requiring an understanding of the unique regulatory, operational, and strategic considerations within this industry. Your ability to navigate these complexities and tailor automation solutions to address healthcare-specific challenges will be a key differentiator. You will be a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs internally while ensuring they receive world-class support and guidance from UiPath.
