- • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Mango Technologies, Inc., you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, blending relationship management with deep technical expertise in the ClickUp platform to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success.
- • Day to day, you will lead customer onboarding and implementation, manage account health through adoption tracking and stakeholder engagement, design and optimize workflows using the IER framework, drive AI enablement and agent deployment, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to align on customer outcomes and expansion opportunities.
