- • As a Senior Technical Business Analyst within our Corporate Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end analysis process for Veeam's internal projects. You will be instrumental in helping our Web Team and various internal business units maximize the value derived from our existing corporate technological landscape. This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will engage with key stakeholders and team members to deeply understand their challenges and objectives, meticulously translating these into clear, actionable requirements. Your involvement will extend through the design, implementation, and testing phases, culminating in robust post-implementation support.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the strategic roadmap by maintaining the development backlog and defining precise functional requirements for our dedicated development teams. You will be a key driver in system improvements, actively researching and recommending modifications based on current leading practices and emerging trends. A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating across diverse teams and geographical regions, meticulously collecting, reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing both business and system requirements. You will dissect existing business processes and the underlying systems to identify pain points and conceptualize effective solutions, providing recommendations for process and performance enhancements.
- • Translating complex business needs into easily understandable functional requirements for technical teams will be a core competency. You will actively participate in the successful implementation of new systems and features, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. A crucial part of your contribution will be collaborating with multiple development teams to drive critical cross-platform integrations, ensuring interoperability and efficiency across our technology stack. You will also be involved in the comprehensive development of project documentation, including but not limited to use cases, business process diagrams, requirements repositories, and detailed test scenarios. Ultimately, you will be a guardian of product deliverable quality, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of functional specifications, logical data designs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and the final deployed solutions. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- • 3+ years of experience working on web-related projects or with web services.
- • Ability to create UML, BPMN, and flow diagrams, as well as use cases.
- • Experience with APIs, understanding interaction methods between systems, and working with API data in XML and JSON formats.
- • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, and participation in Agile projects.
- • Familiarity with databases, including creating basic SQL queries.
- • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- • Solid understanding of web services (REST, SOAP).
- • English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams.
