- • As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Pipeline Applications & Collaboration at Unity Technologies, you will drive the evolution of Unity Pipeline—a transformative initiative shifting Unity from a single-seat application to an open, cloud-based ecosystem that enables seamless collaboration across real-time 3D workflows.
- • You will research user needs around Annotations, Deep Links, Web Viewers, and Unity Hub; engage with users and partners to validate product concepts for 2nd- and 3rd-party tool ecosystems; collaborate cross-functionally to minimize handoff friction; and define 1-2 year roadmaps for user experience and collaboration tooling within Unity Pipeline.
- • You will join a pioneering team at Unity Technologies, the world’s leading game engine powering over 3 billion monthly consumers, where your work will directly impact industries beyond gaming—including automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing—by enabling frictionless 3D collaboration and agentic workflows.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product-led ecosystem growth, technical collaboration architectures, and user-centered design for complex creative workflows, while shaping how global teams build, version, and deploy real-time 3D content at scale.

- • Product Management experience to independently apply the right techniques for driving ecosystem growth and collaboration tooling.
- • Experience with professional game production to understand users’ needs for seamless cross-disciplinary teamwork and rapid iteration.
- • Strong capabilities in collaboration and driving alignment across teams with differing goals and priorities.
- • Storytelling and visual presentation abilities to distill sophisticated topics into clear, concise communications.
- • Technical background sufficient to engage in analysis of technical solutions for real-time 3D outcomes and collaboration architectures.
