📋 Description

• Lead high-impact Finance Technology initiatives that improve billing, payments, revenue, and financial operations at Zillow Group, representing Finance in product and engineering discussions and shaping the Finance Technology roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional programs including new product onboarding, system consolidation, process improvements, and data quality enhancements across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, Engineering, and FinTech teams.
• Partner with the Finance Technology team that builds and supports systems powering Zillow Group’s financial operations, including accounting, procurement, treasury, tax, billing, and revenue, working closely with the CFO organization, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop expertise in ERP and revenue systems such as Workday, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue while delivering executive-ready narratives, managing SOX and audit compliance, and building trusted relationships to enable coordinated delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems, including Workday, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of accounting fundamentals, revenue processes, tax considerations, and financial operations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, and Engineering with measurable business impact.
• Ability to guide system design, integration, and workflow decisions and represent Finance effectively in technical and product discussions.
• Strong written communication skills to create clear, narrative-driven documents and executive updates explaining issues, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

• Competitive base salary with location-specific ranges (e.g., $148,600–$237,400 in CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC; $141,200–$225,600 in CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT).
