• • Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for driving the development and implementation of programs, products, and services in R&D, with a focus on building durable and reliable data-informed processes at DailyPay.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale financial applications; partnering with engineering, product, and design teams; driving Data Governance and Data Privacy programs; managing cross-team dependencies and risks; mentoring junior program managers; and leveraging AI to improve program management processes.
