🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception through to successful launch, ideally with a focus on international expansion.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global business context, with experience in or a strong understanding of scaling operations across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a comfort level in diving deep into data to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse teams and working styles.
