- • Lead complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives across application development, infrastructure, integrations, cybersecurity, and data platforms to support clinical, commercial, and corporate operations at iRhythm, a digital healthcare company transforming cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis through wearable biosensing technology and AI.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs including ERP, CRM, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications; drive project planning, execution using Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies, and serve as Scrum Master when required.
- • Partner with business leaders, engineering, security, compliance, legal, finance, and external vendors to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and manage cross-functional dependencies in a regulated medical device environment.
- • Ensure adherence to corporate governance, SDLC standards, HIPAA, SOX, and cybersecurity policies; lead executive reporting, change management, release planning, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- • 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs in an enterprise environment
- • 4+ years leading cross‑functional, matrixed delivery teams
- • Strong experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations, or infrastructure initiatives
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracted delivery teams
- • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or related project/program management credentials (nice-to-have)
- • Experience operating within healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or other highly regulated environments (nice-to-have)
