• • Senior Technical Recruiter (1-Year Contract) at Twelve Labs Inc., responsible for leading end-to-end technical hiring for ML, Software Engineering, and Product roles in a high-growth AI startup.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment strategies, direct sourcing and screening of candidates, managing interview coordination and offer negotiations, improving hiring processes through data-driven decisions, enhancing candidate experience, leading employer branding campaigns, and collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR, and external agencies.
• • Twelve Labs is a global AI innovator developing cutting-edge multimodal foundation models for video understanding, backed by $107M from top-tier investors including NVIDIA’s NVentures, NEA, and Radical Ventures, with headquarters in San Francisco and a growing APAC hub in Seoul.
