  • • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building the technical talent foundation for a rapidly scaling AI company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade platforms. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to hire top-tier engineers and technologists who are essential to delivering on Harvey’s mission of reshaping critical knowledge work at a global scale.
  • • You will own the full-cycle technical recruiting process in New York, partnering with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, manage candidate experiences, and close offers — all while maintaining rigorous data hygiene in Ashby and mentoring junior recruiters to elevate team performance.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical talent markets for AI and software engineering roles, refine scalable recruiting processes in a high-velocity environment, and grow as a strategic advisor to hiring managers — positioning yourself as a trusted partner in talent acquisition while contributing to the creation of a generational company.
  • • Partner closely with technical leadership to deeply understand hiring needs while providing strategic guidance on recruiting best practices
  • • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical talent to support both current hiring and future growth
  • • Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation insights, and effective talent acquisition strategies
  • • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance operational efficiency across the hiring process
  • • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), maintaining a high standard of system hygiene
  • • Mentor and support other team members to elevate overall recruiting performance and execution
  • • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier, passive candidates across various technical disciplines
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • • Proven track record of building strong technical teams, particularly in software engineering or AI-related roles
  • • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with hiring partners and provide data-driven recruitment guidance
