- • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level engineering and product talent across our global, remote-first organization. You will source, engage, and close world-class AI infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, distributed systems experts, and product leaders who are building the next generation of AI cloud services.
- • Partner directly with VPs of Engineering, Staff Engineers, and Product Directors to translate complex technical roadmaps into crystal-clear hiring plans. You will translate deep technical requirements into compelling narratives that attract passive, high-caliber candidates who are already solving hard problems at FAANG, hyperscalers, or elite AI labs.
- • Drive data-driven recruiting strategies. You will own requisition load forecasting, funnel analytics, and market-mapping for niche skill sets like GPU kernel optimization, high-performance networking, and large-scale model-serving platforms. Expect to present weekly dashboards to leadership that show pipeline health, diversity metrics, and time-to-fill trends.
- • Build and nurture a proprietary talent network. Beyond LinkedIn, you will mine GitHub, arXiv, Kaggle, and academic conferences to identify rising stars and established luminaries. You will maintain warm relationships through quarterly tech talks, open-source contributions, and personalized outreach that demonstrates genuine understanding of their work.
- • Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Nebius’ engineering culture. From first email to final offer, every touchpoint should feel consultative, transparent, and technically deep. You will design interview loops that assess both technical excellence and collaborative spirit, ensuring every hire raises the bar.
- • Influence employer-branding initiatives. You will co-create blog posts, conference talks, and social media campaigns that showcase our distributed-systems challenges, open-source contributions, and the real-world impact of our AI cloud platform on industries ranging from biotech to autonomous vehicles.
- • Scale recruiting operations. You will refine our ATS workflows, implement structured interviewing rubrics, and train hiring managers on inclusive evaluation techniques. Your goal is to reduce time-to-hire by 30% while increasing offer-acceptance rates and candidate NPS.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Compensation, and Legal to craft competitive, globally compliant offers. You will benchmark against top-tier tech companies and emerging AI unicorns, ensuring our packages reflect both cash and equity value.
- • Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning. You will anticipate future skill gaps as our product roadmap evolves from training clusters to inference-at-scale, advising leadership on build-vs-buy decisions for specialized roles like ML compiler engineers or low-latency storage architects.
- • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion goals by sourcing from underrepresented communities in AI/ML, partnering with organizations like Women in ML & Data, and ensuring unbiased evaluation criteria throughout the funnel.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on senior-level (Staff+) software engineering or AI/ML roles in cloud, infrastructure, or high-performance computing domains.
- • Proven track record of closing passive, top-tier talent at companies like Google, AWS, NVIDIA, Meta, or equivalent AI research labs; evidence of hires who have since been promoted or become technical leaders.
- • Deep fluency in modern AI infrastructure stack—CUDA, Kubernetes, distributed training frameworks, model-serving systems—enabling credible technical conversations with candidates and hiring managers.
- • Expert-level sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, academic publications, and conference speaker lists; ability to craft personalized, technically nuanced outreach that achieves 40%+ response rates.
- • Experience designing structured, inclusive interview processes that assess system-design, coding, and collaborative problem-solving while minimizing bias and delivering consistent candidate experience.
- • Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS, plus advanced Google Sheets/Excel for funnel analytics; comfort presenting data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
