• • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Deepgram, you will be instrumental in scaling our organization by taking ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process for some of our most challenging and high-impact roles. These positions span critical areas such as Research, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product, encompassing both US and international markets. Your responsibilities will include building robust talent pipelines across diverse geographies, adeptly navigating the complexities of regional market dynamics, and collaborating closely with our People Operations team to ensure compliant and scalable hiring practices.
• • This pivotal role demands a high degree of comfort engaging in deep technical discussions, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining a comprehensive, systems-level perspective on recruiting. You will not only focus on a single market but will operate across multiple time zones, cultural contexts, and talent pools, ensuring a globally consistent and effective recruitment strategy.
• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and hard-to-fill technical positions within our Research, Engineering, and Product departments.
• • Drive global recruiting initiatives across various regions, including the US, EMEA, and APAC, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and successfully closing candidates in these diverse talent markets.
• • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meticulously define role requirements, establish appropriate leveling, and design interview plans that strategically balance business objectives with the realities of regional talent availability.
• • Develop and implement proactive, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche and senior-level technical talent both domestically and internationally.
• • Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, assessing their technical depth, potential impact, and alignment with Deepgram’s core values, while being mindful of varying cultural and regional nuances.
• • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all time zones through transparent communication, thoughtfully designed processes, and rigorous operational execution.
• • Leverage recruitment data and funnel metrics to proactively identify bottlenecks, enhance the quality of candidate signals, and accelerate global hiring velocity.
• • Partner effectively with People Operations, Legal, and Finance departments to facilitate compliant global hiring, addressing employment models, offer structures, and specific regional considerations.
• • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our recruiting infrastructure, tools, and interview methodologies to effectively support our international expansion and scale.
• • Champion an AI-first approach within the recruiting function, exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
