• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to define critical role requirements, developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract exceptional and diverse talent, meticulously screening candidates, and expertly managing the offer negotiation process. Your primary objective will be to build robust, thoughtful talent pipelines that align with Amplify's mission and values.
• • You will act as a strategic talent consultant and trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring teams. This involves cultivating strong, collaborative relationships, providing expert guidance on market trends and competitive landscapes within the education technology sector, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality, mission-aligned candidates. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining Amplify's collaborative, creative, and people-centered culture.
• • A key responsibility will be to develop and implement innovative and diverse candidate sourcing strategies. This requires a deep understanding of various recruitment channels, networking opportunities, and proactive outreach methods to identify and engage top-tier talent across multiple disciplines, including Product, Creative, Technology, Sales, and Administrative roles.
• • You will be responsible for conducting thorough candidate assessments, ensuring a high-quality and diverse talent pool is presented to hiring managers. This involves not only evaluating technical skills and experience but also assessing cultural fit and alignment with Amplify's core values.
• • Partnering closely with hiring managers is essential. You will guide them through the entire recruitment process, from initial job profiling to final offer acceptance, setting clear expectations regarding timelines, strategy execution, and candidate delivery. Your consultative approach will ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience for all stakeholders.
• • Providing an exceptional candidate experience is paramount. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout their application and interview journey. Building positive relationships and representing Amplify's brand with integrity are critical.
• • You will continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness. This includes staying abreast of emerging recruitment technologies and best practices.
• • Maintaining a high level of productivity and service delivery is crucial, especially during peak hiring periods, without compromising the quality of candidates or the candidate experience.
• • Ensuring 100% accuracy in tracking the recruitment process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a non-negotiable requirement. You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all company best practices and federal and state legal requirements, including OFCCP guidelines.
• • This role may also involve contributing to other special projects and duties as assigned, offering opportunities to broaden your impact within the People Operations team.
