📋 Description

• As a Senior Technical Recruiter at ButterflyMX, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technical talent acquisition efforts, directly supporting the mission to transform property access through innovative hardware and software solutions used in over 20,000+ properties worldwide.
• You will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and other critical technical roles, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership to ensure alignment between talent strategy and business growth objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
• Day to day, you will lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring clarity and alignment before launching searches.
• You will design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and targeted research to build robust pipelines of high-quality technical candidates, continuously tracking and analyzing outreach metrics to optimize effectiveness.
• You will conduct structured recruiter screens to assess technical depth, relevant experience, and cultural fit, evaluating candidates against role-specific competencies and seniority-level expectations.
• You will partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and guidance on hiring timelines while facilitating clear communication between teams and candidates.
• You will design structured interview processes, develop scorecards, align interviewers on evaluation criteria, and facilitate data-driven debriefs to support consistent, fair, and efficient hiring decisions.
• You will manage offer negotiations in partnership with HR and leadership, identifying candidate motivations, preparing documentation, securing approvals, and closing offers while tracking acceptance trends to inform future strategy.
• You will maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline visibility in the applicant tracking system (with Ashby experience preferred), provide regular reports on requisition status and bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency.
• You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the broader People Team on talent initiatives, serve as a brand ambassador in all candidate interactions, and contribute to building an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture aligned with ButterflyMX’s core values.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical recruiting within a high-impact proptech company, sharpen your stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills, and have the opportunity to shape scalable hiring processes that support rapid growth and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to recruiting for technical roles such as engineering, product, or data
• Proven success sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong experience designing and executing structured interview processes, scorecards, and data-driven hiring decisions, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Ashby experience is a strong advantage)
